How can a school move from traditional methods to a culture of collaboration with expectations of high levels of learning for all students? Learn how Ballman Elementary is transforming their school through implementation of the Professional Learning Communities at Work process. Leave with ideas for establishing Professional Learning Communities in your school.  This presentation will specifically focus on how the 2nd grade team is making an impact in the lives of their students during their weekly collaborative meetings. The skills/tools they share can be used transferred to other grade levels.
